We enjoyed our 2 nights stay which was perfectly located to both the lake windermere and Ingleton Waterfalls Trail, which we visited on each day. Vivien welcomed us in and was very helpful. A very responsive host who respected our privacy. The place was perfect for Us.

Situated in easy reach of the Lake District, Yorkshire & Lancashire it provides endless choice for days out. We struck gold getting in here due to a cancelation, a lovely apartment for 2 with everything you could need for a mini break away, what makes this place very special as other people have mentioned is the hosts, they are a credit to airbnb, offering a warm welcome to their guests and their pets, without being at all intrusive, our dog Betty didn't want to leave! Value for money, spotless clean, modern facilities in a great location. We hope to come back some time soon (and hope to be luckier with the weather next time so we can explore the area more)! it was lovely to meet you both.

Vivien and her husband were very welcoming and great hosts. The accommodation was spotless and the bed is super comfortable. Lake Windermere (Fell Foot) is only an half hour away and Kirkby Lonsdale is close by. An excellent location and the kindest of hosts. Definitely a favourite.
